Salon Manager
Full-time, On-site3-6 years in salon or hospitality
Own the day-to-day performance of a TrimHub salon. Lead the team, drive revenue, deliver a premium guest experience, and keep operations audit-ready.
What you'll do
- Run daily huddles, staff rosters, and appointment flow to hit revenue and productivity targets.
- Coach stylists and beauticians on service standards, retail attach, and rebooking.
- Own inventory, cash, POS reconciliation, and hygiene / SOP compliance.
- Resolve guest escalations on the floor and drive membership and repeat visits.
- Report weekly on KPIs: ATV, service mix, retail share, NPS, staff productivity.
What we're looking for
- Prior experience as Manager or Assistant Manager in a salon, spa, hotel or premium retail brand.
- Strong people leadership across 8-20 team members, including stylists and front desk.
- Comfort with POS, Google Sheets, and basic P&L conversations.
- Fluent English plus the local language of the salon city.
