These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Lisa & Lars Salons Pvt. Ltd., which operates The TrimHub Salons brand (“TrimHub”, “we”, “us”). They govern your access to trimhubsalons.com, our booking platform, franchise enquiries and the services delivered at company owned and franchisee operated TrimHub salons across India.

By using our website, booking an appointment or walking into a TrimHub salon, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to book services online or enter into a contract with us. Guests below 18 are welcome at TrimHub salons when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who provides consent on their behalf and is responsible for payment.

TrimHub offers hair, beauty, grooming and wellness services through a network of company operated and franchisee operated salons. Certain services, brands and prices may vary between locations. The website is intended to provide general information and a booking interface; the final service is delivered at the chosen salon.

We reserve the right to add, modify or discontinue services, formats or menu items at any time without prior notice.

• Appointments are subject to availability of the selected salon, stylist and time slot.
• A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message from TrimHub over SMS, WhatsApp or email.
• Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details and preferences provided at the time of booking.
• Certain services (for example, chemical treatments and colour) may require a patch test 48 hours in advance.

Prices shown on the website are indicative starting points and may vary by salon, stylist seniority, hair length, product usage and add on services. The final invoice is generated at the salon based on the services actually delivered and applicable GST.

Payment can be made through UPI, cards, net banking, popular wallets or cash where accepted. Online payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant partners. Any card or bank charges levied by your issuer are borne by you.

Our full cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in our Cancellation Policy. In summary, you may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 2 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations, no shows or repeated last minute changes may attract a service fee or require an advance payment for future bookings.

Services once availed are non refundable. If you are not satisfied with a service, please raise a concern at the salon within 48 hours so we can make it right, at no additional cost, subject to feasibility and hygiene norms.

Where a refund is approved (for example, for a service that could not be delivered), it will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

• Gift cards, prepaid packages and memberships are non refundable, non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Validity, usage rules and participating salons are printed on the product or communicated at the time of purchase.
• Unused value on lapsed packages is forfeited unless mandated otherwise by law.

Your safety is our priority. Please inform your stylist about any allergies, skin sensitivities, scalp conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery or medical conditions before your service. TrimHub reserves the right to refuse or modify a service where it may cause harm.

We follow hygiene protocols including single use consumables, sanitised tools and trained professionals. Guests are expected to behave respectfully with our staff and other guests; we reserve the right to refuse service in case of misconduct.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, mobile number and OTPs. Any activity carried out through your account is deemed to be yours. Please notify us immediately at hello@trimhubsalons.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Use the website and services only for lawful, personal, non commercial purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Do not upload harmful, misleading, defamatory or infringing content.
• Do not scrape, republish or resell any part of the website without written consent.
• Do not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

The TrimHub name, logo, marks, images, videos, look book, website design, software and content are the property of Lisa & Lars Salons Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non exclusive, revocable licence to view the website for personal use. All other rights are reserved. You may not use our marks for franchising, resale, endorsement or comparative advertising without prior written permission.

When you submit reviews, feedback, photos or suggestions, you grant TrimHub a worldwide, royalty free, sub licensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt and display them across our marketing, website and social channels, with appropriate credit where possible. You confirm that you own or have the rights to the content you share.

Information shared on our franchise pages, brochures and enquiry forms is for evaluation only and does not constitute an offer. Any franchise relationship is subject to due diligence, execution of a formal franchise agreement and compliance with applicable laws. Return on investment illustrations are indicative and depend on operational execution.

Our website may link to third party platforms such as Google Maps, Instagram, YouTube, payment gateways and delivery partners. TrimHub is not responsible for the content, policies or availability of these third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The website and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to keep salon information, timings, menus and prices accurate, we do not warrant that the website is error free or uninterrupted. Individual service outcomes may vary based on hair type, condition and expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrimHub, its directors, employees, franchisees and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrimHub, its affiliates, franchisees and staff from any claims, losses, damages or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the website, violation of any law or infringement of any third party rights.

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, civil unrest, government action, power failures or internet outages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of TrimHub services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, without prejudice to any statutory consumer rights you may have.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website or services after such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
