Terms and conditions
Written to be read. No fine print games.
Membership ownership
A Passport membership is personal to the registered mobile number and cannot be sold, transferred or assigned. Family linking is a privilege on Plus and Black and can be revoked in case of misuse.
Billing and auto debit
Your chosen contribution is debited on the same calendar date each month through a Razorpay mandate. If that date does not exist in a month, the debit occurs on the last day of that month. Failed debits are retried up to three times over five days.
Wallet rules
Contribution credits are spendable on services at any TrimHub salon and on up to 30% of a retail product bill. Bonus Wallet is capped at 30% of any single bill, cannot be withdrawn, and is forfeited on cancellation. Wallet has no cash value and cannot be encashed.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time with no fee. Auto debit stops immediately and member privileges end at the close of the current billing cycle. Contributed Wallet balance remains spendable for 12 months from cancellation.
Refunds
Contributions are credited as Wallet value and are not refundable to the source account. Duplicate charges, technical failures and unauthorised debits are refunded in full within 7 working days of verification.
Taxes
Wallet is credited at full contribution value. Applicable GST is charged on services at the time of billing, on the same basis as for non members.
Service limitations
Service availability, stylist assignment and appointment slots are subject to salon capacity. Priority booking improves access to slots but does not guarantee a specific stylist, time or date.
Privacy
We collect only the details needed to operate your membership, process payments and contact you about your bookings. Payment credentials are handled by Razorpay and are never stored by TrimHub. We do not sell member data.
Fraud and abuse
Creating multiple memberships to stack bonuses, misusing referral codes, reselling Wallet value or attempting chargebacks on consumed services may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of bonus balances.
Modification rights
TrimHub may revise benefits, bonus structures and these terms with at least 30 days notice by email or SMS. Contribution amounts for an active plan will not increase without your explicit consent.
Important notices
Passport is a prepaid self care membership, not a deposit, investment or financial product. It carries no interest and offers no assured returns.
